What is "Mastercard Securecode"?
Safer Shopping Online
“MasterCard SecureCode”, like Verfied by Visa, is an authentication procedure for secure shopping online.
During the payment process, we send a request to your card-issuing bank. This opens an input window in your browser for a personal security code, the MasterCard SecureCode, which only you and your bank know. This security query is seamlessly integrated into the payment process and is completed in seconds.
You can shop quickly and conveniently while enjoying state-of-the-art security.
No software download or installation is required for the SecureCode query, which means you can make MasterCard SecureCode payments at any time, anywhere in the world, and on any computer with Internet access. To use MasterCard SecureCode, you should have the latest version of your browser installed. The computer should also comply with current security requirements and not be a publicly accessible (e.g. Internet cafes or similar).
The use of SecureCode via SmartPhones is not yet supported.

If your ordered item should show any damage after the return period, which is not due to everyday wear and tear, please send us a few photos of the defect, a short description and your order number via e-mail.
We will take a preliminary look at the defect and get back to you with the next steps. If you bought the item in one of our local stores, please contact the store with the item and the receipt. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process your complaint via the online store in this case.
